Saltwater Grill has long been known as one of Galveston’s most elegant and celebrated restaurants. Since its opening in 1999, Saltwater has set new standards for impeccable service and unique cuisine, specializing in grilled, broiled, and steamed seafood from all over the United States as well as its incredible Happy Hour offerings, tender hand-cut Angus steaks, and other unique dishes.

Now, we are proud to announce the launch of our new Happy Hour menu. It’s a perfect opportunity to experience the best of Saltwater’s cuisine and service in a fun, casual atmosphere. With the new menu, we’re offering some of our most popular dishes reimagined as small plates and paired with refreshing cocktails, wine, and beer. Plus, the new menu is available all day long on Wednesdays, so there’s no excuse not to join us!

Our Happy Hour menu features an array of exciting dishes, including shrimp sliders, shrimp bites, a 5 oz. Certified Angus Beef® filet mignon and a 6 oz. Broiled lobster tail. For those looking for something a little different, we recommend trying our breaded and shallow-fried asparagus with lump crabmeat in garlic butter or the crawfish and shrimp fondue, paired perfectly with our fresh-made garlic bread.

Of course, no Happy Hour is complete without the refreshments, and we have a fantastic selection to choose from. Our Best Bar Beverages include a champagne split featuring Brummel Brut and wine by the glass featuring Cupcake Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, and Cabernet. We also offer classic cocktails such as the Blue Lagoon, the Illusionist, and the Galveston Sunset, as well as our signature Cocomelon made with coconut rum, watermelon syrup, and club soda.
